Families are burdened by rising rents, aging housing stock, and limited pathways to homeownership. These challenges are particularly acute in historically underinvested neighborhoods, where decades of disinvestment, redlining, and systemic inequities have limited opportunity and community well-being.

In response, we are committed to creating mixed-income housing opportunities that blend affordable and market-rate units—ensuring inclusive, vibrant neighborhoods where individuals and families of all backgrounds can live and grow together.

  • Constructing new homes on vacant lots to revitalize neighborhoods, improve density, and increase housing options for renters and homeowners alike.
